Our Story

Destination Direct Travel began its journey in August 2017, born from a lifelong love of travel and a passion for helping people create unforgettable experiences. At the time, I was renting a room in Crawley, West Sussex, working full-time as cabin crew for a tour operator airline based at Gatwick Airport. But my travel career started even earlier. Prior to flying, I worked as a travel agent for 18 months in a store for the same tour operator in Great Yarmouth. Before that, I spent 18 months as a holiday representative in Menorca, Cyprus, and even braved a ski season in Andorra.

These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the travel industry, from the inside out. I’ve always found planning holidays to be something I naturally enjoy—whether finding the best deal or building complex itineraries. When I first began, I was simply offering hotel bookings and creating social media channels. Little did I know that this side project would turn into something much more.

Destination Direct Travel has grown steadily, mostly through word of mouth and social media. My relationships with clients and partners have flourished over the years, allowing me to specialise in a wide range of holidays and bespoke trips. From beach escapes and city breaks to once-in-a-lifetime honeymoons and family adventures, I've had the pleasure of turning my clients' travel dreams into reality. Your holiday shouldn’t just be a transaction—it’s personal with us, and we aim to make it as smooth and special as possible.

Over the years, I’ve visited 39 countries and experienced the rich diversity of the world, which means I know firsthand how to make your trip extraordinary. From booking your flights and accommodations to organising activities and dining recommendations, my team and I offer concierge-level service. We're here for you 24/7 while you're away, ready to assist with any needs or requests—whether it’s reserving a table at a restaurant or arranging a special surprise for your loved ones.

In July 2023, I decided to turn Destination Direct Travel into my full-time business. With my affiliation with InteleTravel UK, I am proud to say I am on track to become an InteleTravel Ambassador by November 2024. This partnership has allowed me to further enhance the services I provide, offering clients more exclusive offers and a greater variety of experiences.
